Our Breakfasts

Both Sandy and James are comfortable in the kitchen, and you’ll be able to sample only the best that they have to offer in a full three course DownHome Breakfast using local Niagara produce when in season.

Breakfast is served in our formal dining room at 8:30 AM, then you may leisurely savour coffee/tea on our deck overlooking One Mile Creek.

Fresh seasonal fruit during the summer. On those chilly days, hot porridge with something special to delight the taste buds.

Peach Omelet´s made with local Niagara peaches and Eggs Benedict

Sandy´s specialties

Quiches Extraordinare, Belgian Waffles, Blueberry Pancakes and mouth watering Baked French Toast

Ends:

Crepes drizzled with Niagara Ice Wine sauce
Fresh Rhubarb Fool
Fresh baked Strudels

For those with a more conservative taste, a simple breakfast can be provided and special dietary needs can be accommodated with advanced notice.
